Summer Dance Camps 2026
June 15 to July 10, 2026
The perfect summer camp for children and young adults with a passion for dance. City Ballet offers two 2-week sessions so Dance Camp can fit into every family’s busy summer schedule.
Our Summer Dance Camps offer a broad range of age and level-appropriate dance classes and workshops. Classes include ballet technique and creative dance for Pre/Kinder and Ballet 1 students, and ballet technique, turns & allegro, and jazz for Ballet 2 and 3 students. Workshops for levels Pre/K through Ballet 3 may include ballet crafts, stage make-up, and other dance related activities. Ballet 4 level students receive ballet technique, turns & allegro, and pointe and pre-pointe classes. Levels 5 and 6 also receive ballet technique and pointe, as well as variations and contemporary.

There will be an Open House on selected days during each session for all levels. Parents and family members are welcome to come in for the final hour on selected days to observe and see what the students are learning in camp!

*Note: Years of ballet/pointe experience suggested for each level is approximate. Final level placement is determined by the teacher, and students will be placed in an appropriate level at the teacher’s discretion.

Registration
Students currently enrolled at City Ballet School will receive email registration invitations in late March.

- Tuition Payment:
Mail your non-refundable 25% deposit, or payment of tuition in full, by check to the address above. Or call us to pay with Visa or Mastercard at 858-274-6058, Monday through Thursday from 10:00am – 6:30pm.
Balance of tuition is due by the first day of the session. Pay tuition in full by June 1st to receive a 10% Earlybird Discount! Family discounts are also available.
Registration Form and Tuition payment in full must be received before your first class.
Space is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of students may be enrolled for Dance Camp.
City Ballet of San Diego adheres to San Diego County’s Health and Human Services Agency health and safety protocols.
