Adult Classes

Adult students in class

The Adult Program is designed for adult students of all levels of training, from former dancers and professionals to adults who are interested in learning ballet for the first time.

Correct body placement, alignment, strength and flexibility are emphasized in each class. This is an open program offering single classes to all adults. Classes may be paid for per single class, or students can purchase class cards if they plan to study on a regular basis. At this time, registration will be required of all students before taking classes.
