Madalynn Scheffel, a native of Colorado, began her serious training in the Pre-Professional division with Colorado Ballet under the direction of Erica Fischbach. She performed both with the academy and professional company in multiple productions, including Swan Lake, Giselle, Coppélia, and The Nutcracker. Madalynn joined City Ballet of San Diego in 2020 where she is currently an Apprentice. With City Ballet, she has performed in multiple productions, including The Nutcracker, Paquita, La Bayadère, Don Quixote, and City Ballet School Performance productions, Snow White and Music Makes Us Dance. Madalynn began teaching during her time at Colorado Ballet and enjoys teaching a variety of styles and ages, and she is excited for the opportunity to teach again this year.
