Driving Directions from La Jolla

  1. Follow La Jolla Boulevard south until it ends at Mission Boulevard.
  2. Turn right (south) at the traffic signal onto Mission Boulevard.
  3. Follow Mission Boulevard south for 0.6 miles to Garnet Avenue.
  4. Turn left (east) at the traffic signal onto Garnet Avenue.
  5. Follow Garnet Avenue east for one block to Bayard Street.
  6. Turn right (south) at the traffic signal onto Bayard Street.
  7. Follow Bayard Street south for one-half block to the alley between Garnet Avenue and Hornblend Street.
  8. Turn left (east) into the alley.  The entrance to the City Ballet Studio is halfway down the alley on the left side.

Directions from Mission Bay and Point Loma

  1. Follow Ingraham Street north until Grand Avenue.
  2. Turn left (west) at the traffic signal onto Grand Avenue.
  3. Follow Grand Avenue west for 0.7 miles to Cass Street.
  4. Turn right (north) at the traffic signal onto Cass Street.
  5. Follow Cass Street north for one and one-half blocks to the alley between Hornblend Street and Garnet Avenue.
  6. Turn left (west) into the alley.  The entrance to the City Ballet Studio is halfway down the alley on the right side.

Directions via Interstate 5 Southbound

  1. From coastal areas north of Pacific Beach, follow Interstate 5 southbound.
  2. Exit Interstate 5 at Garnet Avenue / Balboa Avenue (Exit #23), following the exit for 0.2 miles to the third traffic signal at Garnet Avenue.
  3. Turn right (west) at the traffic signal onto Balboa Avenue / Garnet Avenue.
  4. Stay to the left on Balboa Avenue / Garnet Avenue.  Balboa Avenue merges into Grand Avenue.
  5. Follow Grand Avenue west to Cass Street.
  6. Turn right (north) at the traffic signal onto Cass Street.
  7. Follow Cass Street north for one and one-half blocks to the alley between Hornblend Street and Garnet Avenue.
  8. Turn left (west) into the alley.  The entrance to the City Ballet Studio is halfway down the alley on the right side.

Directions via Interstate 5 Northbound

  1. From coastal areas south of Pacific Beach, follow Interstate 5 northbound.
  2. Exit Interstate 5 at Grand Avenue / Garnet Avenue (Exit #23A), following the exit for 0.5 miles to the third traffic signal at Grand Avenue.
  3. Turn left (west) onto Grand Avenue.
  4. Follow Grand Avenue west for 2.2 miles to Cass Street.
  5. Turn right (north) at the traffic signal onto Cass Street.
  6. Follow Cass Street north for one and one-half blocks to the alley between Hornblend Street and Garnet Avenue.
  7. Turn left (west) into the alley.  The entrance to the City Ballet Studio is halfway down the alley on the right side.
