Adult Classes
The Adult Program is designed for adult students of all ages and levels of training, from former dancers and professionals, to adults who are interested in learning ballet for the first time.
Correct body placement, alignment, strength, and flexibility are emphasized in each class. This is an open program offering single classes to all adults. Classes may be paid for per single class, or students can purchase class cards if they plan to study on a regular basis.
Classes and Schedules
Classes are year-round, and you may begin at any time. Schedule is subject to change without notice. All registered students will be notified by email of any changes to the schedule. Please be certain the email address you provide is accurate and current.
Adult Beginning Ballet
Monday: 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Adult Beginning /
Intermediate Ballet
Tuesday: 7:00pm to 8:30pm

If you are unsure which class to start in, we suggest adults start with the Beginning level, then move yourself to the next level as you are comfortable, or at the teacher’s recommendation.
If you are new to ballet or dance, we recommend starting with the Monday evening Adult Beginning Ballet class first.

Single Class: $25
Professional Rate: $17
Barre Only (Single Class): $15
Saturday Pointe Class: $25
Registration form and yearly registration fee are not required when paying for single classes. You may return a registration form with your contact information to be placed on our mailing list to receive email notices and updates regarding the Adult Classes schedule.
A registration form and yearly registration fee of $25 are required to purchase class cards.
Class Card (10 classes, expires in 6 months): $180
Barre Card (10 Barre classes, expires in 6 months): $150
Yearly Registration Fee (eligible to purchase class cards): $25

Dance Attire
Ballet shoes and choice of dance apparel. We recommend non-baggy exercise/yoga/workout-wear or leotard and tights. Ballet shoes can be canvas, leather, or faux leather. Bring dance shoes in a bag which may be kept with you in the studio. Dance shoes should never be worn outside for the safety of our dance floors.
Hair should be pulled back off face and tightly secured. No jewelry.
Health and safety protocols are subject to change per San Diego County Dept. of Health mandates.
We highly recommend full COVID-19 vaccination for all students.
