Elizabeth Wistrich

Elizabeth Rowe Wistrich is a nationally respected teacher and choreographer. She trained at the Boston Conservatory of Music, first danced professionally for the Boston Ballet, and performed at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York. Internationally, she has performed at England’s Royal Opera House and Covent Garden, the Netherlands Dance Theatre and Stuttgart Ballet, Australia and Japan. She was a choreographer and company teacher for the Arizona Ballet Theatre and the American Festival Ballet Company. Wistrich’s ballets have been performed throughout the United States. In the 1990s, Elizabeth was a featured teacher and choreographer for the National Ballet Forum of Chicago. Elizabeth has received Tommy Award for her choreography. In 2016, the San Diego Business Journal recognized her with their Women Who Mean Business award.
