Marie Hefley<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

 began her training in Longmont, Colorado at Centennial State Ballet and moved to Denver in 2022 to train with Colorado Ballet Academy in their pre-professional<\/span> division. She has attended several summer intensives including: Colorado Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Ballet West, and, most recently, City Ballet of San Diego. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, Marie joined the Ballet West Trainee program during which she performed various ballets such as Willam Christensen\u2019s The Nutcracker<\/cite>, La Bayadere<\/cite>, Lew Christensen\u2019s Airs de Ballet<\/cite>, George Balanchine\u2019s Symphony in C<\/cite>, Frederick Ashton\u2019s Cinderella<\/cite>, Val Caniporoli\u2019s Jekyll & Hyde<\/cite>, and Adam Sklute\u2019s Swan Lake<\/cite>, to name a few. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marie has most recently been involved in the Chicago dance scene performing as a soloist in The Ruth Page Nutcracker, as well in contemporary productions with Winifred Haun & Dancers. She found a love for teaching through Joffrey Ballet\u2019s Community Engagement Program where she instructed young students in Chicago Public Schools.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
