Annie Clifford<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

is originally from Bath, Maine<\/span> and began her ballet training under the direction of Elizabeth Drucker<\/span>. She attended summer programs at The Nutmeg Conservatory, Boston Ballet<\/span> School, and Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet before attending the year round program at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet on scholarship in 2019<\/span>. At Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, she trained under the direction of Darla Hoover<\/span>, Nicholas Ade<\/span>, Melinda Howe<\/span>, Andrea Long<\/span>, and Simon Ball<\/span>. In 2021<\/span>, she began studying ballet at the University of Utah and graduated with a BFA in Ballet. While at the University of Utah, she performed in various classical and contemporary work by guest choreographers with both the Ballet and Modern dance programs. In 2023<\/span>, she was invited to join the studio company of City Ballet<\/span> of San Diego<\/span> and became an apprentice in 2025<\/span>. She has performed in both classical and neoclassical work with City Ballet<\/span> such as Serenade<\/cite> and Emeralds<\/cite> by George Balanchine<\/span>, Elizabeth Wistrich\u2019s<\/span> Nutcracker<\/cite>, Swan Lake<\/cite>, The Seasons<\/cite>, Bolero<\/cite>, and Carmen<\/cite>, as well as Geoff Gonzalez\u2019<\/span> An American<\/span> in Paris<\/span><\/cite>, Carmina Burana<\/cite>, and Dracula<\/cite>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
