Girls Ballet Attire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • All levels must wear pink tights with feet, and pink ballet shoes. We welcome our students from communities of color to wear nude color tights and ballet shoes in lieu of pink, if preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All girls levels Pre\/Kinder Ballet<\/span> through Ballet 5<\/span> wear Mirella CAMISOLE leotard (styles M201, M207, or similar) available at us.blochworld.com<\/span> and Amazon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All girls level Ballet 3 and up may wear optional short Georgette chiffon skirt – Mirella #S12.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Girls Dress Code Colors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Pre-Ballet & Kinder Ballet<\/strong>: Pale Pink leotard, no skirts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ballet 1<\/strong>: White leotard, no skirts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ballet 2<\/strong>: Buttercup leotard, no skirts<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ballet 3<\/strong>: Seafoam leotard, optional seafoam skirt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ballet 4<\/strong>: Light blue leotard, optional light blue skirt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ballet 5<\/strong>: Navy leotard, optional navy skirt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ballet 6<\/strong>: Black leotard (dancer’s choice), optional short black skirt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Studio Company<\/strong>: Dancer’s choice of color and style leotard, optional dancer’s choice short skirt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Girls and Boys Jazz Attire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Ballet Shoes or optional Jazz shoes – (Theatricals – Style #T7802\/C<\/span> or similar) in color TAN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ballet attire or optional Dance Shorts – (Capezio brand in Black – style #TB131C or similar.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Conditioning Class<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Students in the Ballet 4 and up Conditioning classes will need their own yoga mat\u00a0(thin roll-up type exercise mat)\u00a0and socks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

          Boys Ballet Attire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          • All boys wear black leggings, white t-shirts, white socks, and white ballet shoes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
            \n

            Presentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Girl’s hair needs to be worn back, off the face and secured in a bun. Please let us know if you need a bun tutorial. We have easy to follow instructions with video we can email to you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • For boys with long hair styles, hair should be worn back, off the face and secured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • No jewelry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Ballet sweaters in pink or dress code color (white or black for boys), pink\/nude legwarmers (black for boys), and City Ballet sweatshirts may be worn at the barre when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • No T-shirts, shorts, or baggy outer garments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Ballet shoes for both girls and boys can be canvas, leather, or faux leather. Bring dance shoes in a bag which may be kept with the student in the studio. Dance shoes should never be worn outside for the safety of our dance floors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

              Adult Open Classes Attire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • Ballet shoes and choice of dance apparel. We recommend non-baggy exercise\/yoga\/workout-wear or leotard and tights. Ballet shoes can be canvas, leather, or faux leather. Bring dance shoes in a bag which may be kept with you in the studio. Dance shoes should never be worn outside for the safety of our dance floors. Hair should be pulled back off face and tightly secured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
